Celadon Partners will develop 100 new supportive living units at the former Baptist Retirement Home property which is listed on the Illinois Register of Historic Places. The Maywood Supportive Living development will consist of 83 studio apartments and 17 one-bedroom units. The facility will also include a dining room, resident lounge, beauty shop, exercise room, wellness rooms, a movie theater, and a general store.
